Cancellation Policy
At Pale Blue Harmony School of Arts and Technology, we understand that life is full of unexpected turns, and flexibility is key to navigating them. We strive to accommodate the dynamic schedules of our students while ensuring the quality and continuity of our educational offerings.
Cancellation Guidelines:
- Notice: Should you need to cancel a scheduled lesson, we kindly request that you provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows us to manage our resources effectively and offer your slot to another student.
- Make-Up Options: In the event of a cancellation, we are pleased to offer two thoughtful alternatives to support your continued learning:
- Open Lab Hours: Join our weekly open lab sessions, where you can engage in self-directed practice, seek guidance from available instructors, and interact with fellow students in a collaborative environment.
- Video Lesson: Receive a tailored video lesson from your instructor, covering the intended lesson material at a pace suited to your personal learning style. This option ensures you don’t miss out on valuable learning opportunities, even from afar.
- Discretion: Please note that the availability of these make-up options is subject to the discretion of your instructor, based on their schedule and current commitments. We are committed to providing a solution that best supports your learning journey while respecting the time and dedication of our instructors.
